14 Days to Catch a Lift, November 1st through November 14th, is a chance to see behind the scenes of how our Veteran members achieve their goals through our 4 core pillars. These unfiltered journeys are free for all to join, including a special one hour Virtual Jubilee November 13th, 8pm-9pm EST, to celebrate the men and women who have given so freely of themselves for America. We hope you will consider making a contribution so that we may continue to impact the health of our Veterans nationwide.
JOIN virtually each day, where you will meet your CAL veteran daily host as they take charge for that day’s mission. Each will share their personal story, what motivates them, and which pillar of CAL (Nutrition, Fitness, Emotional Wellness, and Community) they have found most impactful. FREE selected workshops, webinars, classes/or videos pertaining to that day’s focus will keep you motivated to be & continue to be CAL STRONG!
You will receive each day:
Everything we put into our bodies affects this magnificent machine. Nutrition is a science that examines the relationship between diet and health therefore, it is the 1st principle pillar that needs to be addressed in order to maintain a healthy future.
You may or may not be able to deadlift 400 lbs but behind the scenes of fitness for everyone the benefits are extraordinary:
Emotional wellness encourages self-care, relaxation, stress reduction and the growth of inner strength. It is critical to be attentive to both positive and negative feelings and be able to understand how to handle these emotions. Emotional wellness also includes the ability to learn and develop from experiences. It is a critical pillar for overall wellness.
A group of people existing in a place that shares a purpose, a sense of belonging and will communicate with each other. The culmination of all 4 pillars resonates with finding your place within a positive community where you feel safe and can thrive.
