Proud to see one of our own Sarah_Rudder_5toes(IG) is making waves accross the world in the Crossfit Open.  Rudder continues to place in the top 5 in the Worldwide Women’s Lower Extremity Open Leaderboard.  Let’s keep an eye on this rockstar, she’ll be number one soon.  She’s always number one to us!
